Design For Sustainability
We collaborated closely with Ultimate Ears, its contract manufacturer, and local material suppliers. This partnership aimed to meet strict demands for sustainability, material quality, schedule, and cost, culminating in a successful product launch. Notably, 59% by weight of the product incorporates certified PCR (post-consumer resin), and the speaker fabric is crafted from 100% recycled polyester yarn.
Additionally, the design incorporates a removable battery for ease of recycling.
In-region Product Development
Our dedicated team operated as an extension of Ultimate Ears, collaborating on-site with manufacturers to offer design insights and guidance on color, material, and finish, aiming to optimize production efficiency. This streamlined workflow, spanning from product definition to production, was implemented to ensure the seamless execution of the design vision
